However, some payment providers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, bank partners) may charge their own fees for third-party transfers; these are not controlled by emperor and will be displayed by the payment provider before you confirm the transaction. Withdrawal fees depend on your chosen withdrawal method; the applicable fee (if any) is shown before you confirm a withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed according to the settlement window for your chosen method; most withdrawals complete within one to two business days. If you withdraw during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, Nyepi, or other public holidays, processing may take longer.

Games and gameplay

emperor offers four main game categories: (1) Slot tournaments — Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways run on fixed schedules throughout the week; (2) Live-dealer tables — real-time blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Dragon Tiger with multi-camera studio feeds; (3) Sportsbook — football markets (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League), motorsport (MotoGP), and badminton; (4) Esports markets — Mobile Legends, Free Fire, and PUBG Mobile. Each category has its own rules, settlement timing, and withdrawal terms. Review game-specific terms before you participate to understand how outcomes are recorded and settled.

Bonus offers on emperor are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. A wagering requirement means you must play through the bonus amount a specified number of times before you can withdraw it. Time limits specify how many days you have to use the bonus before it expires. Some bonuses apply only to specific games (e.g., slots only, or sportsbook only) and not to others. Maximum cashout limits may apply, meaning you cannot withdraw more than a set amount derived from a bonus. All bonus terms are displayed before you claim the offer; read them carefully. If you are unsure whether a bonus is suitable for your account activity, contact support before claiming.
